POLICIES

Thanks for visiting Kristy Saunders. Our brand is designed for the professional, creative, free spirited woman looking for something a bit different for her wardrobe.  All garments are handmade to order in Melbourne, Australia, and only limited numbers are available, if your size is not showing as available on the website, please contact us and we will adjust our stock levels, the only reason we will ever be out of stock is when we run out of fabric, so don’t hesitate because we don’t want anyone missing out on their favorite pieces from our collection.  From when you order and payment is received, please allow 14 days for the garment to be made.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

As all of our garments are handmade, we take care to ensure their quality and we hope that you love everything you buy from us. If your item arrives with faults, please contact us immediately to discuss a refund or exchange.

If you have changed your mind or ordered the wrong size, we can organise an exchange, but no refund. Please read item descriptions and sizing carefully, and contact us with any questions if unsure.

You have 14 days from the date you receive the goods to contact us and return item(s), these must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with all labels/tags attached.

Please allow 14 days for us to process the exchange or refund.

We do not refund shipping costs, and returned and replacement shipping is at buyer’s expense.

We do not refund or return on any custom orders or sale items.

SHIPPING

DOMESTIC ORDERS
All orders are sent using AusPost Parcel Post or equivalent courier, which includes door- to-door tracking. Your tracking number will be sent to you upon dispatch, so you can follow you orders journey.

Parcel Post takes between 2-7 working days, though some regional areas may take longer.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
All international orders are sent using AusPost Pack & Track International, which includes door- to- door tracking. Your tracking number will be sent upon dispatch, so you can follow your orders journey across the world!

DUTY & IMPORT TAXES
For country's that charge customs duty and tax for products purchased overseas, it is up to the buyer to cover those costs.
